可燃性氣體小常識:
可燃氣體是指能夠引燃且在常溫常壓下呈氣體狀態的物質,是具有氣體的一般特性。種組(zu)分的可燃氣體稱單一氣體;兩(liang)種或兩(liang)種以上可燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)體(ti)的混合(he)(he)物稱混合(he)(he)可燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)體(ti)。可燃(ran)(ran)性氣(qi)體(ti)在相應的助燃(ran)(ran)介質中,按照(zhao)一(yi)定的比例混合(he)(he),在點火(huo)源作用下,能夠引起燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)或爆炸(zha)。可燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)體(ti)按照(zhao)一(yi)定的流速從噴(pen)嘴噴(pen)射出,其(qi)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)速度(du)決定于可燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)體(ti)與空氣(qi)的擴散速度(du)。
如何對(dui)可燃性(xing)氣體進(jin)行監測(ce):
可燃氣體報警器主要有(you)催(cui)化(hua)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)型(xing)、熱(re)導型(xing)、紅外吸收(shou)型(xing)和(he)(he)半(ban)導體(ti)(ti)(ti)型(xing)等(deng)幾種,其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)使用廣(guang)泛(fan)的是催(cui)化(hua)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)型(xing)。催(cui)化(hua)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)型(xing)報(bao)(bao)警器(qi)(qi)傳感器(qi)(qi)主要是由橋式(shi)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)、氣(qi)敏原(yuan)件(jian)組(zu)成。當可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)進入報(bao)(bao)警器(qi)(qi)探頭,氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)與空氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的氧發生(sheng)氧化(hua)反應(ying),鉑絲(si)表(biao)面產生(sheng)無煙(yan)催(cui)化(hua)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao),導致鉑絲(si)升溫,鉑絲(si)是感溫原(yuan)件(jian),電(dian)阻值隨(sui)溫度(du)升高而增長,橋式(shi)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)失去平衡,產生(sheng)電(dian)流,即(ji)將氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)濃(nong)度(du)值轉(zhuan)換(huan)為電(dian)信號(hao)輸出。報(bao)(bao)警器(qi)(qi)由探測器(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)兩部分組(zu)成,探測器(qi)(qi)即(ji)探頭傳感器(qi)(qi)部分,將氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)濃(nong)度(du)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成電(dian)信號(hao),控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)包括控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)、放大電(dian)路(lu)(lu)、報(bao)(bao)警系統(tong)和(he)(he)顯示(shi)器(qi)(qi)等(deng)部分。
